Oh what a night!! Sick guy snoring up a storm and the Asians getting up at 4 to leave at 5AM...not really considered to be my best night of rest yet!
We pass through Astorga today and decide to have a short day...22km and lay our heads in Murias de Rechivaldo. Exhaustion seeps through the cracks and I will conquer it tonight as the 30km hike up the mountain lays ahead tomorrow!
The hip pain kicks in...but only because I forgot to listen to my most awesome physio and add the 2 layers of duct tape in my shoe...once that was sorted...pain sorted!!! Incredible!
Stones get deposited soon...I look forward to releasing the burden in many ways!
